The Challenge
Leaders need insight and influence now, more than ever, to successfully take on and address critical challenges and opportunities in their businesses... But in the midst of the normal challenges of work, what specific actions can leaders perform to acquire and sustain critical influence?

When
We've designed a process to support a leader or manager who must achieve a challenging result in difficult circumstances--when he or she is dependent on others to achieve success. The challenges might be the result of a merger or acquisition, a restructuring or reorganization, a major systems integration project, a significant process change, or a response to a substantial business breakdown.
As a leader, you can apply this at the start of a project, in anticipation of difficulties, when things have bogged down, or when projects, systems or relationships have broken down or failed.
The Objective
The goal of this brief but high-leverage work is to
- build an influence roadmap,
- assess realistically the challenges you face as the leader (or team) sponsoring the work, and
- build a practical plan
This process will support you in acquiring and sustaining the highest levels of alignment and collaboration possible to meet your organizational and business goals.

The Approach
This methodology presumes that, like an emergency room procedure, that you as a leader must quickly, efficiently and correctly identify and address an urgent situation. It is designed to be quick, lean and focused on equipping the leader to both mitigate project risk and gain the appropriate control required to achieve the result required by the organization.
