- Assisted the senior leadership team of a large Midwest utility in crafting an in-source/outsource labor strategy that would service their forecasted capital investments associated with wind farm generation. The effort included the development of a sourcing strategy for engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) services and associated strategic materials.
- Managed an enterprise wide performance improvement program that identified over $100MM in operational efficiencies.
- Lead a strategic sourcing category team in rethinking their current sourcing approach for the procurement of high voltage transmission construction materials and engineering, procurement and construction services.
- Sold and delivered a $6MM project for a private equity funded start-up that involved the end-to-end design and development for two net market businesses,
- Implemented a major supply chain transformation project involved the largest food distribution conglomerate. Effort involved the adopting of 500 suppliers to a new distribution business model.
- Led numerous reengineering/lean teams for a large eastern combination utility, including Sales/Marketing, T&D, Supply Chain and Gas Distribution. Targeted savings successfully obtained with 18-month period.
- Led multiple shared services transformation engagements, from concept and business case, to implementation planning and execution. Formed, launched and operated project management offices (PMO) comprised of post-merger, IT and large capital project portfolios.
